HOLIDAY LETTING AGREEMENT

This Holiday Lettings Agreement, which is made up of the information in this section and the following terms and conditions;

You are entitled to occupy the property for holiday use only and this Agreement will not give you any security of tenure under the terms of the Housing Act 1988 pursuant to which the occupant shall be deemed to be way of an excluded tenancy.
